Raspberry Chocolate Delight

  • 2  cups whole milk
  • 1  cup  heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2  cup  sugar
  • 1/4  cup  Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Syrup & Sauce
  • 3  tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4  teaspoon  salt
  • 4  egg yolks
  • 1  teaspoon  pure vanilla extract
  • 1  10.5 oz jar Kozlowski Farms Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  • 8  ounce  fresh raspberries
  •   Fresh mint for garnish

In a blender, add milk, cream, sugar, Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Syrup & Sauce, cornstarch, salt and egg yolks, blend until combined. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat whisking continually to a simmer. Once pudding reaches a rolling simmer, cook 1 minute longer, then remove from heat. Whisk in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cover saucepan with lid and cool completely in refrigerator.

In a small non-stick saucepan warm Kozlowski Farms Chocolate Fudge Sauce, making sure to stir constantly. Do not boil.

To serve: Spoon pudding into martini glasses and top with a layer of warm fudge sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
