Living on the sea, it's simple to swing by and pick up odds and ends of shell fish and throw them in a pot with this cioppino. Add some garlic bread and you are eating fast but fantastic.

I bought my first jar on a whim, and immediately fell in love. I keep a few jars in the pantry for quick, flavorful soup dinners. Now that I can't find it locally, I order by the case. I sautee a few onions in a cast iron dutch oven, add a can of roasted tomatoes, the cioppino sauce and bring to simmer. Add thawed shrimp and scallops, cook til just done, top with some peccorino romano and serve with a good hot crusty buttered bread and it just doesn't get better than that!
