KOZLOWSKI FARMS only collects information voluntarily submitted by the customer or visitor. The purpose of collecting this information is to help the Kozlowski Farms Customer Service Department answer questions, process orders, send special notices and mail catalogs.
Return policy: Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Credits processed upon receipt of returned merchandise will exclude shipping charges included on original order. Damaged merchandise: All products are packed securely. Any damages, which may occur during shipment, must be reported to Kozlowski Farms Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. Kozlowski Farms will make every effort to either replace or refund damaged product, based on verification provided by the recipient from UPS or the USPS. Replacement or refund will be at the discretion of Kozlowski Farms. Original packing box(es) must be available for return or inspection. If a package shows damage upon receipt, please refuse delivery and Contact Us.
