Directions:

Heat sesame seed oil in a medium sauce pan at low heat then add prawns. Cook prawns until they turn white, add onions, peppers, lime juice, lemon juice, white wine, white rice vinegar, soy sauce and cashews and saute. Turn off heat and set pan aside. In a large bowl mix together melons and fruits, then add the prawns, onion, and peppers. After everything is mixed, add Kozlowski Farms Sweet & Tangy Honey Mustard Dressing, scallions, basil and mint.
