Key Lime Chipotle Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:
  • 4  8 to 9 oz pieces of fresh salmon steaks
  • 1  Bottle Kozlowski Farms Key Lime Chipotle Salad Dressing
  • 2  tablespoon  Olive Oil
  • 1  each  Lime for garnish
  • 2  tablespoon  Kozlowski Farms Orange Marmalade
  •   Fresh Dill for garnish
  •   Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Wash and dry salmon with a paper towel. Next, salt and pepper the salmon and place in a plastic zip lock bag. Pour dressing over the salmon and let marinate about 2 to 4 hours.

Add olive oil to heavy duty frying pan and heat over medium high heat until pan is hot. Add the salmon steaks and cook for about 4 to 6 minutes turning once, until the flesh is opaque and steaks start to brown.

In a sauce pan bring the left over marinade from the plastic bag to a boil, turn the heat and let simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.

Arrange the salmon on warm plates and pour warm dressing sauce over the salmon, garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and slices of lime.
