Pumpkin Butter Pound Cake


Ingredients:
  • 3/4  cup  granulated sugar
  • 3/4  cup  brown sugar
  • 3/4  cup  canola oil
  • 2  eggs
  • 2 1/2  cups all purpose flour
  • 2  tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4  tsp. salt
  • 1 10 oz. jar  Kozlowski Farms Old Fashioned Pumpkin Butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together granulated sugar, brown sugar, canola oil, and eggs until mixed well. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add flour mixture to sugar and egg mixture, beat for 30 seconds or until flour is just mixed into sugar mixture. Add Kozlowski Farms Old Fashioned Pumpkin Butter to flour and sugar mixture, beat 1 to 2 minutes on medium-low speed or until smooth.

Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from Bundt pan and placing on a serving platter.
