Easy Lemon Curd and Berry Pound Cake


Ingredients:
  • 2  T. Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd
  • 2  cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1  loaf pound cake, cut in 1 1/2" slices (Enteman's)
  • 1  large pkg. fresh strawberries, rinsed, dried and sliced
  • 1  pkg. fresh blackberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1  pkg. fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1  pkg. fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried
Directions:
In a bowl mix together Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd and whipped topping until smooth. Place a slice of pound cake on a dessert plate and spoon lemon curd mixture on top. Sprinkle with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Place another slice of pound cake over layer of berries, add a spoonful of the lemon curd mixture, and add another layer of berries.
