Three Berry Fruit Cups

Ingredients:
  • 1  box puff pastry, thawed and rolled out to 18 x 9, then cut evenly in 12 squares
  • 1/2  cup  fresh blueberries
  • 1/2  cup  fresh blackberries
  • 2  cup  fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1  jar Kozlowski Farms Three Berry Jam
  • 2  tablespoon  Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd
  • 2  cup  whipped topping, we recommend Cool Whip
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Take puff pastry squares and form into greased muffin tin so that dough is completely covering the inside of each cup. Fill each cup with one heaping teaspoon Kozlowski Farms Three Berry Jam. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until puff pastry cups are golden brown. Let stand until cool. In a separate bowl combine 2 heaping tablespoons Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd and 2 cups whipped topping, mix thoroughly until smooth. Remove puff pastry cups from muffin tin and fill with lemon curd mixture, top with blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Serve
