Ingredients:

box puff pastry, thawed and rolled out to 18" x 9", and cut into 3" squares

jar Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam
- 1
jar Kozlowski Farms Chocolate Fudge Sauce
- 1/2
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Take puff pastry squares and spoon one teaspoon Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam in center. Place 3-4 chocolate chips on top of jam, then fold one corner of puff pastry over to meet the other corner, making a triangle. Firmly press edges together, making sure to seal triangle.
Place points on a nonstick cookie sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, let stand until cool. Place points on decorative dessert platter and drizzle with Kozlowski Farms Chocolate Fudge Sauce for garnish. Makes 12 servings.
