Organic Lemon Curd Bars


Ingredients:
  •   CRUST
  • 1-1/2  cups flour
  • 1/2  cup  powdered sugar
  • 3/4  cup  butter, chilled & cut into small cubes
  •   FILLING
  • 3/4  cup  sugar
  • 1/4  cup  flour
  • 1  teaspoon  baking powder
  • 5  eggs. beaten
  • 3/4  cup  Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

CRUST:
Mix 1-1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press mixture into bottom of 9"x9"x2" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Beat together eggs and Kozlowski Farms Organic Lemon Curd. Blend sugar mixture with egg mixture. Pour filling over baked crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool on wire rack. When cooled, dust top with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
