Mason's Chipotle Poppers


Ingredients:
  • 1-12 oz.  can whole marinated jalapenos
  • 1-8oz.  package cream cheese
  • 1  lb  thinly sliced bacon
  • 1-15.75 oz.  bottle Kozlowski Farms Raspberry & Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce
  •   or Kozlowski Farms Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce
  •   Wooden toothpicks
Directions:
Drain jalapenos, cut in half and remove seeds.

Slice bacon in half to make about 4 inch strips.

Cream together cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the Kozlowski Farms Raspberry & Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce or Kozlowski Farms Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Sauce.

Fill each of the jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap with a strip of sliced bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Continue until all jalapeno halves have been wrapped. These llittle "Mason Poppers" can now be broiled, grilled or barbecued. Cook until bacon is crispy. Serve warm and dip "Poppers" in a dish of warmed Kozlowski Farms Chipotle Grill Sauce.
