Chipotle Meatballs


Ingredients:
  • 1  lb  lean ground beef
  • 1  lb  ground country sausage
  • 3 medium  eggs
  • 1  cup  quick cooking oats
  • 1  cup  Kozlowski Farms Raspberry & Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce
  •   or Kozlowski Farms Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce
  • 1  teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon  fresh ground pepper or seasoned pepper
  • 2  tablespoon  olive oil for frying
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. If mixture is too soft, add more oats to form rounded meatballs the size of a walnut. Place meatballs on a cookie sheet and refrigerate or freeze until firm. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet. Fry meatballs, turning frequently, until browned on all sides. Place meatballs in a chafing dish and cover with additional Kozlowski Farms Raspberry & Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce or Kozlowski Farms Mango & Apricot Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce. Serve warm with long toothpicks.
