Toss-A-Salad Dressing


Ingredients:
  • 1/4  cup  Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1/2  cup  virgin olive oil
  • 1  tablespoon  Kozlowski Farms Ol' Uncle Cal's Sweet-n-Hot Mustard
  • 1/4  cup  Sebastopol Vineyards Dutton Estate Chardonnay Wine*
  • 1  teaspoon  sugar
  • 1/2  teaspoon  kosher salt
  •   fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Use desired amount of dressing and toss over your favorite salad.

*If you prefer not to use wine, water maybe substituted.
