Grill A Steak


Ingredients:
  • 1  bottle Kozlowski Farms California Style Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 (8-10 oz.)  New York or Rib Eye Steaks, bone out
  • 2 teaspoons  olive oil
  •   Kosher salt to taste
  •   fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to 500 degrees or more.

Rub each steak with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place steaks on grill. Grill first side of meat for two to three minutes. Turn steaks; brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce on grilled side. Continue grilling for another two to three minutes, turn meat and brush second side with another generous amount of BBQ sauce. Continue grilling each side for another minute or two while brushing with sauce. Take off heat and let set for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
