Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients:
  • 1 jar (10oz.)  Kozlowski Farms Old Fashioned Pumpkin Butter
  • 2  large eggs
  • 1  cup  evaporated milk
  • 1  unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell or 2 shallow 8-inch pie dish shells
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly beat 2 eggs in a large bowl.

Gradually add Kozlowski Farms Old Fashioned Pumpkin Butter and one cup evaporated milk. Continue beating on low speed until pie filling is blended together thoroughly. Do not overbeat.

Pour mixture into unbaked pie dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of pie dish you have selected (or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the pie).

Cool and serve with your favorite whipped topping.
