South of the Border Salad


Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (15oz.)  kidney beans
  • 2  large garden tomatoes
  • 1 jar  baby corn, drained
  • 1 jar  roasted bell peppers, sliced
  • 4-5 stalks  celery, chopped
  • 1/2  cup  red onion
  • 1/4  cup  cilantro
  • 1 bottle (12oz.)  Kozlowski Farms Spicy Mexican Dressing
  • 1 can  hearts of palm, sliced, optional
  • 1 can  artichoke hearts in water, drained and quartered, optional
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 7-24 hours. Serve over romaine lettuce.
