Marinated Chicken & Vegetable Shish Kabob


Ingredients:
  • 1  pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into 1" chunks
  • 12  cherry tomatoes
  • 12  mushrooms
  • 1  medium red onion, chopped
  • 1  red bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
  • 1  green bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
  • 1  yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
  • 1  whole pineapple, skinned, cored & diced
  • 4  medium zucchini, cut into 1/2" slices
  •   Kozlowski Farms Tuscan Roasted Garlic & Rosemary
  •   Dressing & Marinade
  • 1  pkg. wood skewers, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Directions:
Pour Kozlowski Farms Tuscan Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Dressing & Marinade into a zip lock bag with the chicken and marinate either for one hour or, for better results, overnight.

Arrange vegetables on skewers with the marinated chicken. When loading the skewers, never put the same colors beside one another and never put two of the same thing beside each other.

Grill on medium high flame, turning and brushing with marinade for 10 minutes or until cooked.
