The Bruschetta is the creation of our own Carol Ann. Her version includes vine ripened California tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, capers, basil and a special blend of spices. This Italian style Bruschetta is delicious spread over toast rounds and cream cheese or warmed for a pasta sauce.
