(14oz. bottle) Perry Kozlowski developed this recipe and it has been a Kozlowski Family favorite for nearly two decades. Ingredients include Cabernet Sauvignon wine, wheat free tamari soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hickory smoke, lemon and a unique blend of spices. Our BBQ sauce is great over chicken, pork or ribs on the BBQ or baked in the oven.

Bruschetta Tapenade
The Bruschetta is the creation of our own Carol Ann. Her version includes vine ripened California tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onions, garlic, balsamic vinegar, capers, basil and a special blend of spices. This Italian style Bruschetta is delicious spread over toast rounds and cream cheese or warmed for a pasta sauce.
