This dressing was years in the making because we wanted our bottled Blue Cheese to taste freshly made. After many experimental batches, the result is our version of this classic favorite. Fresh blue cheese and our own special spice blend is used in this creation. Drizzle over your favorite salad or use as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables.
