Cherry Jam, Old Fashioned

Montmorency red tart cherries from our favorite Oregon cherry farm are tree ripened, picked and pitted, then rushed to Kozlowski Farms. Our jams are slowly cooked in small open kettles to assure consistently unique and delicious flavor. This old fashioned cooking method enhances the natural flavor of the cherries. The home-style recipe contains Pure Cane Sugar and has no corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup. Enjoy as you would any preserve or jam: over toast, in yogurt, as a cereal enhancement, with waffles or between cake layers. (We always say: "May contain cherry pits").
